Question

Hello all,

we have 2 servers one nt and one linux with rackspace and provide hosting services on the same. we do not have any kind of data centre etc etc here. In fact there are not many data centres in our country India as of now.

But we are getting enquires for dedicated servers. I was wonderig if how i could provide those options to my clients too. We can manage the technical aspects of handling a server remotely and supporting our client.

I was thinking if i can buy server from providers listed out here and in turn sell the same to my client and ofcourse we would support them.

I dont want to commit how much volumes of dedicated i can give as of now as it will be a new thing that the company starts.

I am looking for good providers with pricing in range of 125-175$ a month (years contract), with 10-20 gb bandwith a month.

Regards
Manish Kapadia

you could rent rackspace from a place like exodus ( exodus.com ) and just ship over your server or whatnot

Partner??

Manish,

If you already have 2 servers located at rackspace.com why dont you use their partner program and sell their dedicated servers?

DialtoneInternet.com has a dedicated reseller program. The thing is you have to get servers in lots of 2 or 4 (which may not be a problem depending on your needs).
