ukhosts - screwed up my domain

Yep they have screwed up my domain

    i registered REMOVED

the put in the completly wrong server details (which wasn't too bad)

there is no web interface so i have to email them

    so i did

and i got a reply saying that the registrant field is blank, where is should say my name

they have also screwed up my email address

so when i email them, the email address that i signed up with doesn't exist for the domain because they also forgot to put that it

the only thing that they have got right is my address

and i mean everything else is wrong, the name, email adress server details etc etc

so what can i do now???

Ambient I think youre not allowed to advertise here.

matt: do you have some sort of confirmation from them that has your personal info included, or the signup page? Then they cant say that it was your fault. Also, their signup page is supposed to have safeguards against people leaving required fields blanks, such as name, address, etc.

It would appear to me that the domain is not registered at all (that's assuming I didn't mistype):

    11/04 13:07:00 whois REMOVED@whois.geektools.com

    whois -h whois.geektools.com REMOVED ...
    GeekTools Whois Proxy v5.0.3 Ready.

    Checking access for ... ok.

    Checking server [whois.crsnic.net]

    Results:

CRSNIC has no information for that domain.

It's not actually registered, I'd advise you go do it *now* before someone nabs it and worry about a refund later....

Domain names in the .com and .net domains can now be registered with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net for detailed information.

    No match for domain "REMOVED".
