    Cpanel

    is CPanel compatible with win2k server? why not?

    No because the developers haven't made it available for Windows. A longer explanation would say somthing along the lines that there isn't enough demand to develop cPanel for the Windows platform.

    I believe CPanel is compatible with Linux & FreeBSD only.

    I guess cpanel has become the most recognized web interface that hosting clients have become used to. If you give them another interface, they probably won't be used to it.

    I assume it would be pro-sales to offer cpanel interfaces ...

    hsphere will work on a win2k server. (I think)
