    • 1.7ghz AMD XP Processor
    • 512mb of RAM
    • 40gb HDD
    • 400GB bandwidth per month
    • 6 IPs

    This server has performed well in hosting newzbin.com, but we are upgrading and no longer have use for this server.

    It'll probably be far easier to let the sever go and give it back to Rackshack to restore and sell on. Rackshack doesn't allow transfer of accounts, so if you cancel the server, they will restore it and then most likely offer it for the same monthly fee and $1 setup... which is the same as what you're offering since you're not asking for any higher monthly fee or anything.

    Not all true. He can continue paying, and then the new "owner" would pay him. Thus transfering in a sense, but not on paper.

    I wouldn't trust a business on it though..

    Whoooaaaa nellie... No need to be so testy about it.

    It is my understanding that while RS doesn't allow you to transfer a server to someone else, the billing can be modified in the control panel to reflect the new owners CC info.

    That means you'd still have -some- ownership over it including access to the new owner's CC details? Just clarifying.
