I would like to see it with content and images to have a more precise review. I like the start of the layout. Is this suppose to be a hosting layout because it looks more like an informational site.

I agree with CDX, to give a good review there needs to be some content in there to show where things would go. If you are just looking for basics, the dark grey really doesn't go with it. Seems out of place.

Space out your text more. All the links are right on top of each other on the left ad the text in the tables is right up against the edge in all of them. Add some padding. I would also recommend incorporating another color or design element into it.

Hard to give a good review with out the page being completed. Try and atleast finish one page.
You (in general, not really you) could have the nicest design/template known to man, but if the text/image content isn't done with the right placement and alignment then the site would like terrible.
BTW, the header area looks good, but like I mentioned hard to say with out everything else completed.
