I like your top menu rollovers, they look nice. They don't seem to popup in a consistent spot, though. Could you make them so they always appeared directly beneath their corresponding heading?

Maybe add some more color - the page sort of looks like a draft before the final version, with all of the straight lines and white-space. Maybe move your quick links drop-down higher on the page, and shrink the total size of the page down a bit. It's a little spread out, 800x600 users will have to scroll to see everything. Most of them won't bother.
