For non-flash version, I like it but the font size for menu is too small. I barely realized it was the menu.

For flash version, I like it but I always disliked the fact that so many flash sites have background music which causes me to close the site.

very simple yet plain …good colour combinations its not too crowded and its plain and doesn’t look busy. however improving the size of the font might help make the website stand out more
