I like that box with the program in it, I think its cool. The site is fast and clean, but I don't think yellow goes with grey. Just looks too weird to me, but then again, I'm a weird kind of guy!

Maybe add a title or something otherwise prominent at the top? The eye isn't really sure where to go, since all of your text is the same size.

It looks pretty good... your logo could be much stronger, and I would suggest putting a menu at the bottom of each page.
