    I think #1 looks best.

    #5 would do as well, but it needs some touch-ups.

    I agree with Synthetic, I think #1 and #5 are the best looking of the selection.

    I like the style and shape of #2. The colors seem too conflicting, but maybe it's just me...

    Really, they're all quite nice.

    The problem with #2 is that the blue part extends out too much. It doesn't look that appropriate for a logo.
