There is namecheap.com for $8.88 (but I never tried it)
For Registerfly they are good and even getting better. ($9.99) for the features you are asking and many times they offer it for $8.99 for registered users (registration does not require that you register a domain, it's free).
You can also look for others enom resellers they are offering all the features but as for support it will depend.
One further request is that resellers you recommend should not be one man bands (less chance that they'll be around in the long run) and that they should provide a working demo or tour of their features.
As mentioned, I was looking for a price of around $10-12 pa. I'm not focusing on finding the cheapest possible ($8.xx seems too low) and will pay a dollar or two more if that ensures a stellar performing registrar/reseller.
care to share YOUR story and why we shouldn't trust RF and trust YOU instead?
If you dont check your credit card statements and dont mind them ripping you off with double billing that they refuse to fix, i guess they are just fine.
My experience has been that their customer service is very poor to non existent.
Well, for one thing, their support is literally the worst I have every experienced from any company I have dealt with online. Not only does it take weeks if not months for them to respond to an issue, but most of the time it doesn't help because they can not understand English. I mean that literally!
Your credit card gets charged for domains you never got, support issues are never answered, and they have no idea how to create/manage nameservers. I hear they now have a new nameserver manager, but at one time, all you could do was create a nameserver, well, one time I created one with the wrong IP address, and they never could figure out how to change the nameserver I created. I finally had to email Enom and they done it that day!
Finally, do a search here about RegisterFly.com, you will find out I am not the only one who has experienced problems such as this.
They are a great register if you NEVER need support, and don't mind getting your credit card charged for things you never ordered.
