Hmm, well the top logo looks fuzzy, like compressed too much.
The text links dont match the rest of the style as it breaks up the flow from the top to the rest of the body by adding a white gap.
That and it caused IE to stop responding

More cell padding in main [white] area.
Redo header - it's not good. Cleaner graphics and better thought out design required.

Like MilkMan said, your header is quite fuzzy. Looks like the "courses" and "free" images are stretched more than their original sizes. As for the design, there really isn't much there. A set of tables with your content. Needs some interest. Also, I would use style sheets or javascript for the rollovers instead of an applet. They're very slow to load and can be done much better in css or js.

I don't think they're images, but javascript applets.
... Doesn't appear for me either. (I don't have the java plugin).

Awh, I thought you made the courses, but they are links to other sites.
I agree with the above posts, and just want to add that I'm proud of my countries colors, but the red, white and blue isn't quite working on your site. It's very harsh looking, could be just a matter of graphic design.

Hi
Thank you all for taking the time to give me feedback.
I see what you mean about the graphics, I did stretch the graphics from their original size, I will redo the graphics and amend the site as advised.
Thank you again for your helpRegards
