How would I go about setting up a site that gives away free CVS accounts?

or would anyone be willing to help me set this up? (it is part of a much large open source development resource center)

If you have SSH..

The user can create a cvs root by just:

cvs -d /home/username/cvs -init

Then they juse login to make a respository with their SSH login and password, and commit, update, etc..
