    ModernBill v4 Support Desk

    Hey,

    We are currently upgrading to our v4 version, but aren't sure if we should use the support ticket center built into MB4, or continue to use PerlDesk untill that Kayko place makes an addon for MB4.

    If anybody uses the MB4 center for support tickets can you let me know how you like it?

    we are using kayako esupport and we are waiting to see how they integrate it, i will be very excited when this is finished.
