Site looks good AD! It's very "today". By that I mean the look of the site is a popular look everyone is going for nowadays (which I think Pixelbrick can lay claim to fame for the style).
But yeah it looks good...might want to draw more attention to you "special offer"...it's just in small text and there is plenty of empty space there to fill. The deal is special so make it look special!
I really like the header graphic, but the actual link buttons look a little out of place - wrong style, or something - perhaps something sleeker required. Definitely recommend greater contrast between the button text and the button background to help stand out, as at the moment they merge a little on monitors with low contrast/brigtness [mine are always turned low - you think I want to burn my eyes out? ]
You could do with centering your entire main table - the left hand text looks like it's been cut off - it's a presentation thang.
The blue bar you have recommendations in as actually the focus for the site after the header - if you're keeping the colour, then put your package deals there.
Get rid of the money back guarrantee graphic at the bottom, and also the PC graphic. Pointless and slows loading.
You may not actually want to use flash - most of the people who own credit cards are using dial-ups. And it's a marketing statistic that if your site isn't loaded within 8 seconds, you've lost at least a third of your customers. I'm seen similar with the stats on my own site. - - - - - ->so in other words, online businesses really should avoid using Flash if they want to better take advantage of their target markets. I'm sure people will disagree with me - but read the stats and weep.
Anyway - good stuff - I like the concept you're using - though try to ensure it is properly distinguished from the advantahost.com/rackeasy.com/hostriot.com design clone debacle - - - - > businesses are supposed to thrive on their uniqueness, and unique presentation is an essential element to that - and this especially applies to the internet.
Hmm...if I say anymore I'm going to have to start charging!
I like the layout, but I think you should really make the tab navigation at a lighter grey. Perhaps the same color scheme as the "Who Owns That Domain?" bground color.
I don't know about most users, but from an usablity article I read a few months ago, it's generally a good idea to have the hosting plans at the top part of the page. On the 1024x768 res, the hosting plans are cut off and are near the bottom.
The design looks good. Some of the blue text could be darkened up a bit to make it easier to read. Also, your text area in the tables could use some padding, they are all right up to the edge, which is not pleasing to the eye. Like Brian said, I would lose the PC graphic toward the bottom, not needed. It looks like you have an error somewhere in your right side tables, making a gap in your "span" background. (see attached) Looks to me like an errant colspan or td width error. Not sure where. Otherwise it's a very slick design.
