Is there any script or program so that users can create there own email address. Its for just to offer free email service from our domain.

If your offering free pop accounts, you'll generally have to touch some system files. On solaris, the user gets added to passwd, shadow, and gets a home directory created.

Depending on your env you'll have to automate this as well. Take a look at http://www.freshmeat.net under the systemadministration section I think for some automation tools you can hack.

Depends if it's sendmail, qmail, postfix, etc. Most can be used to auth off something besides the passwd file.
