What are good live support systems? At the moment Im not looking for something REALLY pricey! But a cheaper purchae with good features.

You could use free messengers such as AIM, ICQ, or MSN, but they have a few cons:

1) Your users must have it installed on the client-side.
2) It can get to be a pain in the neck with all of those flashing windows (AIM).

Other than those two reasons, they are useful.
