pointing 1 domain to 2 ip addresses
please do not blame me....
is it possible to configure something like this inside bind and/or apache?
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -> points to www.THEDOMAIN.com
yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy -> points to www.THEDOMAIN/subdirectory
I know it sounds crazy, but I'm trying to find a solution to a really strange situation. Should this be possible, could you pls tell me how I have to configure the second virtualhost?
thanks indeed,

Make another virtual host using the 2nd IP and set the document root in Apache to your subdirectory.

sounds good... will this also work when resolved?
f.eg. I have physically the files inside: /www.THEDOMAIN.com/subdirectory/user
when somebody types www.THEDOMAIN.com/user will this automatically point to the second virtual host and therefore... work?
thanks for taking time with this tricky stuffReal name: Tar Mkdir, consort of Dir Rar
