    Some major 1.2.0 changes:

    GUI:
    * Multilanguage Support
    Use your native language in the GUI or edit the language files for localization.

    Tickets:
    * Unlimited Custom Requestor Fields
    Custom-defined fields stored for each requestor, shown on each ticket from their address. Store information related to your business, such as: SLA agreements, comments, user login info, user contact info, serial numbers, products owned by the user & more! These fields span across all support requests from a given requestor address.

    * File Attachment Support
    Attachments are stored along with correspondence and their related tickets. File attachments can be sent through the GUI or e-mail client and are stored along with the ticket.

    * Batch Ticket Processing
    Increase efficiency by mass responding, commenting and closing tickets regarding a similar issue.

    * Ticket Statistics
    Queue loads, Tickets Open, Ticket Reopenings.

    And as usual, a clean, optimized and efficient GUI.

    Unlimited Online:
    $99.99/mo - 3 domains, unlimited e-mail queues, 20GB monthly transfer*

    Note: It is possible to use the same "Unlimited" key on three different servers, each with their own domain. You may also use the Unlimited key to manage 3 domains and all queues through one GUI interface.

    We've been asked if this means 3 different people/companies can pool together about $166 each and buy one $499 unlimited license together, encoded with each of their domains, and each use the key seperately to have unlimited queues for their domain. That is ABSOLUTELY acceptable! We definitely encourage your company to do this if you'd like unlimited e-mail queues for $17 more than the 3 queue standalone.

    And yes, customers who already own an unlimited key can add 2 more domains to their existing key free of charge. Simply e-mail cerberus@webgroupmedia.com

    Hi there!

    Our primary language is English. At the moment we support: English, Italian, German, Slovak and Norwegian.

    Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and French are in the works.

    I assume you checked out the demo on our site after someone had been testing languages. I'll make sure we get something in place to reset the language to English for each session while in demo mode.
