Does this sound too good to be true?

Has anyone heard of this hosting group? Could someone talk a look and give me some feedback please. http://www.*************/index.html

I used them.. for about 1 month. They are one of the worst companies ever. Ok... maybe not worst since they did refund my money under their garantee...

But seriously, unless you enjoy a lot of downtime and slow connection speeds.. don't bother.

I personally would rather go for a Honest host and not go for one that blows smoke up my a** with false promises.

But thats just me, you do what you feel is better for you

And it doesnt matter how much they buy in bulk,, lol.....

I love it when i see a company saying "we buy in bulk and offer the savings to you"....

Well if they can afford to buy in bulk why cant they afford to have their traceroute under their name instead of lamecogentsupplyingresellerhostingcompany.domain?

I agree with you 100% - a traceroute of ************* points to GigabitEthernet3.whizhost.net via Sprint and sometimes via Cox. They're probably using dual carriers for redundancy.

Iím not surprised then if ************* can reboot their servers within 5 minutes, heck if they can afford a Tier 1 carrier such as Sprint then I believe they can hire someone to press the reboot button 24/7.

Unfortunately, most people that replied here are web hoster that are using [email protected] (via unreliable Cogent) or [email protected] (listed on yourhostsucks.com among others) which makes me highly suspicious of their intentions

    Thanks

everyone for the feedback. I didn't notice the 99.999% until mentioned. I understand the cliche "too good to be true", but being new to this I was sure hoping I had hit a jack pot.
