how is the selling going to work, since clients are paying yearly, does that mean the buyer has to pay you for the client, then give the clients free hosting until renewal?

Personally, i wouldn't be interested in the 700 clients, but maybe the resellers. If you'd consider separating them, what are the details of the package they've bought for $40/mo? Also, what are they using, WHM?

Sorry, I'm not sale it separately.
And yes, it's WHM based reseller accounts, 1 gigs disk space, 10 gigs bw and allow to host 35 accounts.

What plans are these 700 clients on and how long have they been customers?

So...I think you're asking here for $43,000 for the whole lot..
That's a lot of money why aren't you considering selling them in groups..it would be much easier and would make us hosts more willing to take them off your hands

    Q. Does the domain name go with this purchase.

    Q. How long have you had these clients.

    Q. Is this a business sale or just a transferal of customers. This would be important to know as to liability issues.

    Q. What size plans are the individual clients on.

    Thanks

    Yes.

1 year, as I have already said that renewal process has been stating since a month ago and so on. Thus my current revenue is from new signups and renewal fee.

    Complete business sale.

    Q. What size plans are the individual clients on.

Mail me for complete reason why I want to sell my company and I will tell you my URL so you can check it by your self.

Hmmm, generating $40,000 in income, a person could live quite comfortably on that.

Guys - either way, it's not income, it's revenue. Income = Revenue - Expense.
