    I notice you have cogent in there, netwave is in NYC correct? How is cogent in NYC?

    We have multiple locations in NYC and NJ. We have never had an issue with cogent to date and if there is, everything is just routed via NAC. I would be more then happy to traceroute anything to show you some of the speeds.

    Choice is yours. We can install pretty much any OS that we can download and burn and image for. If you want windows we just need you to supply a serial # or we charge an extra fee for the license. Personally I would recommend FreeBSD it works amazingly well on this system .....and any other system.
