First mount both drives, then use cp -a source destination to copy the files. The -a flag tells cp to preserve everything.

Will this do everything, as i have a bad HDD and want to move all my data with 0 corruption (the server has CPANEL)
Also will this support partitions or would i have to re-create them identical on the new HDD ?
    I have servers at: NetDepot/GNAX (A), SoftLayer (A), LiquidWeb (B+), DedicatedNow (B+), Nectartech (B) and more!
