Well they charge a 50.00 setup fee which I think it outragous.. I usderstand maybe back in 1995 when there was some real work that needed to be done to setup an account is one thing but these days setting up an account it only a couple clicks away.. think about it.. you are paying a whole year of service just to get setup.. I suggest looking around here there are much better deals to be found. Good luck

Also it looks like they are resellers for Datapipe, Going through ATT lines. Also they have been in business less than two months might be something you want to think about.. Either way good luck if you go with them let us know how it turns out.

I agree with Okihost on this. Look around man. 50 bucks is alot of money for just going into WHM and setting someone up. takes under 5 minutes or so.

well you can always goto the request forum and ask for those features and see who offers them to you for what price...then just ask around in here to see if they are reputal.

Hosts get their setup fees from their business plan. It's really up to the customer to decide if they want to pay a setup fee. Sometimes the setup fee can be used to off set the high cost of charge backs, voice verifying new orders, new customers that require more support, marketing costs to get new customers, quality server hardware, server software, etc.

Paying quarterly, yearly, etc for any host would be a bad idea unless you get a major discount(35%-50%) over the monthly rate. There are just too many variables to commit to any host long term.

I personnaly never heard of this host before but they do have an address and toll free number on the site. Try the host out and let us know what you think. Just choose the pay monthly option. Not enough of a discount to risk paying the year up front.
