alternatives to up2date

Are their any alternatives to redhats up2date? I know there are a few mentioned here but their web sites dont work anymore

Basically i like up2date because it downloads all the dependencies which can get to be a real pain in the rpm system

I've had good luck with frpms. Do a search for it on freshmeat.net.
