Out of curiosity, who thinks they can really get quality for $20, when even a decent template takes hours to develop and just as long to slice and optimize? With the amount of money a typical hosting company can pull in a month, it's insulting to the designer and your clients.

Well then I think he should put a start bid so we no where to START bidding, no start how do we no where to start but low.
There are templates selling for that kind of money.
So next time put a starting bid.

Maybe you need to start this thread over. Or, at least, modify it to include your new starting bid and then an end date would be nice.
