What are the specs of the server one would be on?

If you have full root within the VDS space, how many VDS accounts would run on the server that you state specs for?

Our VDS's are run on a server farm of many server nodes, each node consisting of:
2GHz CPU, 4GBRAM, 100Mbit network, Local Storage Area Network, distributed/resource monitoring.

The amount of VDS's per server node is variable from node to node since it depends purely on the amount of usage per VDS.

Feel free to request a trial account to test the speed, CPUtime, memory, reliability and total control via root!

Ok, so you're saying that the VDS customers aren't on any one server?

They are "Spread out" in some sort of RAID type fashion?

Or do they specifically have a certain amount of accounts per machine.

How much ram is alotted to each customer, and how much of that single CPU is given to the VDS customer.

No, each VDS can be found on one server. The VDS shares RAM and CPU the same way a shared hosting acount uses ram and CPU on a dedicated server.

At the price of our VDS's, you can expect excellent performance and RAM/CPU usage compared to "old-fashion" shared hosting accounts.

Ok, then answer the question you avoided earlier.

How many VDS customers are on each server? (Maximum per server)

How many VDS customers are on each server? (Maximum per server)
Maximum and Minimum depends on resource usage.
But here are some sample numbers for you:
    Minimum VDS per server: 1
    Maximum VDS per server: 100-500

We manage the distribution of VDS's across server nodes according to resource usage. We do not sell or limit CPU cycles or Ram per VPS server; instead, we let the custromer's VPS's share the full Ram and CPU available on the node, as needed.

1- One of the advantages of a real VPS is that if someone crashes his server (or a script on a specific VPS) others are safe.

If everyone can use all the RAM and CPU process then this will not be true on your servers and everyone can crash all virtual servers. Isn't it?

2- Your uptime of 99.999% is network uptime or VPS uptime?

3- We can have resellers on our CPanel?

4- How much experience do you have on these virtual servers? How much hosting experience at all?

    Excellent questions! Here's my replies:

    1. A VPS can use up to the maximum CPU/Ram available, but our VPS server has very advanced CPU/Ram management which will throttle down an overloading VPS, share RAM as needed across VPS, and most of all, keep the whole VPS server running very reliably even if 1 (or many) VPS have crashed.
So it works well on both sides: You can grab as much Ram/CPU as you can, but you cannot crash the VPS server node.

    2. Uptime of 99.999% is network uptime. VPS uptime depends on how you manage your own VPS. We reserve the right to reboot a VPS server when needed (probably like once per month - but the VPS server is very very stable and can handle crashing child VPS's very well and continue running smoothly for the other VPS's)

3- We can have resellers on our CPanel?
    Yes.

    4. Your lucky because our staff happens to be in the business of "outsourced expert unix admins", check out www.boxadmin.com. The people that run that website employed by iSpeed, so we have 24/7/365 expert onsite unix admins to handle any and all issues.

just curious, is that 1-500 cpanel licenses you would have on any given machine? Who pays for the cpanel license for each vds ?

CPanel license fee is included in the monthly fee, so you dont pay any extra for the CPanel license.

Each VDS server comes with its own seperate CPanel license.
