A lot of graphics present are slowing the loading. I'm using dial-up here - were still a big crowd so no one "dis" us! Seriously, though, minimise your graphics content - a first stop would be the centre graphic - it could be resized on the x and/or y axis to be a lot smaller, and then you can just use normal quick loading text, instead of having it on your JPG or GIF, whatever.
The hosting plans - recommend do those in boxes with simple HTML code, rather than using yet more graphics. Slow loading = bad marketing. Also, keep the background a good deal lighter than the text - the pattern currently used for the plan boxes interferes with the readability of the text.
In fact, at minimum get rid of all graphics other than the graphics header and the middle one - maybe even get rid of the middle one as well, as the wording makes me think of Edgehost - you don't wnat potential clients thnking of other hosting companies either.
Silly little thing - clients will reduce "Kiahost" phonetically, in a way that sounds very different to "Know it all" hosting. Really, in marketing terms, it's best to keep both similar, to help push the name in the minds of your market audience. Otherwise they could be remembered as different brand names. Seriously. Would recommend you either change the URL to "knowitall.com" or else simply call yourself "KIA Hosting - we Know It All, so you don't have to!", etc. Personally think that will work better with marketing and customers.
Your prices...hmm, you seem to have skewed the hosting to larger bandwidth than webspace. That could give you a market niche, tho' of course, depends how you use it. Not too bad.
I would also recommend converting some of your graphic text to HTML text, for load time and for readability. The center text (anti-aliased Times) is blurry and hard to read. I would also recommend either centering your table or giving the left side some padding from the edge ... too close. As for your news posting, I would recommend only having one of the green bars right under the "news" graphic instead of one per news item ... especially if they are posted on the same day. Finally, why do you have 3 links along the top and others below it? Why not have them all together to make them uniform? I didn't even notice the "about us, contact us, site map" links right away. Only though you had the darker ones under the "home".
I also agree with Brian about the "Kiahost" being spoken instead of thinking of it as K.I.A. Host. Don't know if it's that big of a deal, but marketing it can be a tricky thing.
