Here we go again... It was too good to be true. One month of service and now Hostpacket goes down again.
The best I can tell is the server went down between 3am PST and 3:30 am PST.
If that jerk doesn't answer my email to customer support. I am out of there. My site in the last 30 days added 180 new members. I was getting established and launching new programs. I can't afford to be down for 4 or 5 days.
The worst part is zero support. No forum, no email support, no chat, no phone. I wish there was a way to force Hostpacket to take the lies he uses as advertising off that fricken front page.
I am doing a trace on everything I can and filing compliants with the states he has accounts.. ie Texas, California, and Canada.
