I've already succesfully installed OpenWebMail from this site, but I am having trouble with the Webalizer .pkg apparently not working.
I am using the "Install Software" interface in the Raq control panel, and everything appears to be fine, but if I go to: http://www."mysite".com/stats there is no folder at that location.
I've scoured my server as well, and haven't been able to locate any Webalizer files.
(If it's not clear by now, I am a total newbie when it comes to this sort of thing.)
Not sure what help you can give me, but any tips would be appreciated!
BTW- anyone looking for webmail for a RAQ should ABSOLUTELY check out the Open WebMail .pkg on the site I mentioned above. I installed it in less than 5 minutes, without having to touch the command line.
Followup... I thought maybe I might not being seeing my stats yet because cron may not have run them yet, so I tried running Webalizer manually and got this message:
[admin /]$ /usr/bin/webalizer
Error: Can't open log file /var/log/httpd/access_log
So of course, I looked in /var/log/httpd/ to find that my log file is actually named "access".
Thinking this may be the problem, I went into the webalizer.conf file and tried to change the default log name, but everytime I try to do it, through Pico or manually, I get an error message saying permission denied.
That's a normal error, the URL in the log is too long. No harm whatsoever. I'm a little concerned you had to do all of this, though; it should have been done automatically at installation or at least the first time Webalizer ran.
