What is the file supposed to do that it is not doing? Is PHP set up to run as a CGI, or do you normally execute PHP scripts through mod_php in Apache?

If it is the latter than you formed your query wrong, you will need to query it as if you were trying to get to a web site, something like this:

    Code:
    5 * * * * /path/to/wget http://www.iwgh.com/test.php

If you have a PHP binary installed, you can check that by running:
    'which php'
you usually can set a crontab entry as follows:
    Code:
    5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /home/httpd/vhosts/iwgh.com/httpdocs/test.php
assuming that 'php' binary is located at /usr/bin/ directory.
