This is not really a hosting problem at all but I know how quick the resonses are here and that you guys tend to know what you are talking about so here it is.
I have a web site that promotes business opportunities in the UK the index.htm is a frameset and the top frame never changes throughout the entire site.
When you select an area from the drop down list it is displayed in the bottom frame.
To know what I am talking about open this link in a new window.

Select an area from the drop down box and click refresh. If you are using Netscape there shouldn't be any problems but in IE the home page comes back up again instead of the refreshed area page.
How do i solve this??
Any comments on the site would also be appreciated.
