    * Am I going in the right direction???

Hey guys.. it's been long time since I posted last.

    Been little busy lately.

Anyways, design after design, I can't make up my mind. I came up with this thing here.

I want to get it done and over with, and move to the next phase. Sooo..am I going in the right direction here????

Links don't work yet, and page is not really optimized for speed yet. Just working on the "look and feel" of it...

    Thanks

It is a very good and clean design. I would say you are going in the right direction and just about home.....

now my question is.. should I go to liquid design from the "ice" front page or should I do the whole thing "ice" ??

what do you guys think? anyone?

I don't know what you mean by the ice home page, but the design looks good.

    Oops.. lol

Andy..."liquid" design means that the page straches on user's monitor when doesn't matter what resolutions they run (for example about 80% of internet users still run 800 by 600 resolutions)if you do liquid design, the page "streches" on the whole screen. It's little more complex than "ice" design where the page simply sticks to the left of the screen (just like my front page)

So...if you look at my page, the first page is "ice" since it just sticks there to the left. The "company overview" page is...well.. kind of liquid because its centered and you can still see stuff on the whole screen.

    Dig it?

    So.. fixed or stretched.

I'm farmiliar with the concept, being a designer myself. Never seen that terminology used however.

    what do you think?

    1. Something like this: http://www.simplifiedesolutions.com/overview.html

    2. or this:
    http://www.simplifiedesolutions.com/overview1.htm

Man, I have no idea which one I like better... I kind of like the first one but then it would be lot easier for me to work with the second one.... =(

I'd go with the 2nd. A consistant style/shape is good, I think it looks better too. The logo not being up in the header kind of scared me, I had to look for it .

I know exactly what it's like. It's not hard to make the variations, but it's impossible to decide.

That one is nice, but it's a change again. Easier to look at I think, because my eyes only have to look forward. Maybe it's just late and i'm lazy..

There's that consistancy thing again though. There's nothing wrong with a little change, but this is the whole page alignment - so i'm not sure.

    Very nice..

Makes it vibrant/bold. There's still the alignment thing, but it does look good this way! Well done..

Well, the first page is left-aligned, the content/inner pages are centered. Just odd I thought.
