Concerning different OS, which is cheaper to find support for Linux, FreeBSD, Windows?

Im almost certain windows is not the answer, but which if any.. or is it typically always by the hour?

To my experiences, Windows support people are a lot easier to find, but no cheaper than Linux support people. Of course you can always find some people who are willing to be paid cheap, but generally their quality are also cheap .
