Dns

I registered two domain names for my customers (Sept 26) before enom upgraded their system (Oct. 1-2). I am not sure if this is related to enom or not, their dns solutions are slow and take more than a weeek while other domains' dns hav no problem. The two customers claim a lot.

But, it is really strange because I can see those web site, but they cannot theirs with
http://www.theirdomains.com
but only with
http://theirdomains.com
Also, they cannot use name servers by their names but only by IP addresses.

I am living in Japan, this is connected to the strange phenomena?
I want anybody to give suggestions.

Thanks a lot. Joe.

I have had problems with enom changing name servers before.. and no matter what is said, according to them "it is all set right".. yet it takes a week and a half to actually put the name server update through?

It is just pathetic..

They are probably just having a few problems after their upgrade.

Hopefully they will sort it out soon.

I do not think this is an eNom problem, more like a server zone thingy? I'm no server expert, but that's what I hear cause domains not to work without the www. - Might even be propagation ?

It's weird. I just registered my domain name the other day and the same thing is happening with it. andrewhollar.com works but not www.andrewhollar.com What's weird is that a few days ago the www did work, but now it doesn't. I'll just give it some time...
