Hsphere is super powerful, it's got a built in trouble ticket system, it's cross platform, built in billing, supports tons of payment gateways including PayPal (new), you can control just about ever single aspect of the servers, it can even install Miva Merchant for you (if you set it up correctly, grrr), you can even register Domains through it. It even has a built in Online WYSIWYG HTML site maker. You can easily set up server clusters (linux and nt servers both).
Bad things: It's written by russians and it's not the most logical or intuitive GUI. It does have a learning curve, but the basics are easy.

- can't speak for the other CPs, but HSphere has a number of nice features. Downside is that it seems to be extremely unstable in a production environment.
For some user feedback, suggest you browse through the forum area at matrixreseller and see the posts from the resellers using it. They are probably the largest host using it and the best guage of what to expect.

LOL, to the contrary, I had a russian GF once. But, when people that don't speek anything but broken english try to write very complicated web apps , you get some very strange ways of naming and documenting things.
