Hmmmm... Not good, sorry to be blunt but perhaps reducing the size and smoothing the thorny edges would look nice even if it's only fonts with strokes(outline) if you do it properly.

Just search for good sites with logo on them, and be inspired, again just be inspired.

Too hard to read. The important thing about logos is that you want something that represents your business/site/product. For example, you're making a logo for a control panel, so think about it and the benefits, features, etc. Then go on a brainstorming kick, write down the words that you thought of, and then think of words relating to those, and so on. You'll eventually have a bubble chart of words realating to your control panel. Pick out a few and try to graphically represent them. You may have to sketch out 50 ideas or so, but you'll be well on your way to a unique logo!

Yup, i agree too. Just don't add all the effects available in Photoshop, as Einstein have said, "Be simple..." [i could not finish Albert's qoute, i forgot ]

What logo is this for? If it serves a gaming/pc audience, then this would be suitable. Other than that, it lacks professionalism.

You could also hire a designer for a few bucks to make it
Not to bash, but you should make it clearer. I have to look good to notice the Apanel word. And if I shrink the image it would even be harder. Just make a simple logo, with a few different colours, and no thick outlines etc. Maybe cursive, that's always nice. Good luck!

That one's good, just put it on a backround that would make the logo standout.
