    What is SSH Telnet program?

I just subscribe to this web hosting and they require that I use SSH Telnet. Regular Telnet that comes with Windows will not work.

I think the program is called, SecureCRT. They let me use for free for the first 30 days. After that, I have to purchase a license for $99.

Is there an equivalent program out there that works like SecureCRT. Or is there any SSH Telnet (freeware) that i can use instead.

If not, do you know any web hosting that allows me to use regular telnet that comes with Windows ME.

Try PuTTY.exe at http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~s.../download.html You should probably use SSH in it because it's more secure. You will need to change port 23 to port 22 in the program.

I use AbsoluteTelnet http://www.celestialsoftware.net which seems pretty nice and easy to use. It does have SSH support. I believe it is for $29

I use SSH Secure Shell www.ssh.com
It's $116 but I think there is a free version called SSH Accession Lite for non commercial use.
