So I'm playing with Windows .NET server RC1...
...and being a linux person now, I'd have to say that the web based control panel that comes with Windows .NET is pretty nice 
I have Windows .NET running on a XP 1800 with just a power cable and a network cable...this is a big change from having to use winvnc, pc anywhere, and half working terminal services. I can reboot the server with 4 clicks after logging in to the CP and I can change everything I would need to change in a hosting enviroment with a few clicks. 
I doubt I'll replace Linux with .NET but this would make one hell of a home/small office server, plus this would be soooooo easy to administrate in a large network over WAN links etc...
I'll take some screen shots if anyone's interested...

I registered at the Microsoft Site to be able to Download Windows .NET Server Preview a few days ago, I still haven’t received the download instructions

I registered and it took about 2 weeks for them to email me back, the funny part was they sent me disk two days later since I was still registered as a beta tester from who know when. So I sorta have two copys.

i downloaded it just haven't had time to install it...would it be legal for me to put it up on my server so people could dl it? they would still have to get a cd key off the site and all...if so ill upload it...the microsoft site is kinda confusing about downloading it

I would appreciate it if someone would post a download link it just saves me time otherwise I got to wait for another week or two… I don’t mind waiting just wanted to have a play around with it really

its not the download link its the cd key yu can dl it all you waant but without the cd key its worthless
