I have found that posting a note on the auDA DNS list will often bring a swift reply. It's worth a try. If you feel that you are not getting the service you want from Melbourne IT, don't forget we now have a rich variety of competing companies all looking for your business. We have personally found Enetica to be terrific, every telephone call is answered and action is immediate on any issue.

In my experience, the only way to deal with INWW (Melboune IT) is to get on the phone (ala NetSol), and talk till the issue is solved right there and then.
Not the friendliest of registrar's to deal with. And don't get me started on that 'domain key' system they use...

Ahh you love the domain key system too? What a *cough* fantastic *cough* little system they have there
But I agree, the ONLY way to get through to them is to call.

Wow... Dennis solved the issue, switched the contact info, and sent the new info out: Total time on hold: 6 mins Time talking 2 mins.....6 emails no response...gotta love the phone! I didn't use it as I am so used to calling NetSol and not getting anywhere. Thanks for all your help, my client is back in business!
