efax.com
Anyone use efax.com? I've got a free account right now and it looks pretty decent, I'm thinking of going for the 1800# plus version. Does anyone else have any other e-fax suppliers or use some sort of internet fax service?

I used to be with efax.com and was happy with their service. jfax.com is another (I think they brought out efax.com) and ureach.com is another similar service.

Never used efax.com but can vouch for Ureach.com for their fax system and the toll free number and voice messaging systems. They are pretty good, and the pricing is low.

I used jfax. I could never send faxes and when i logged in it said my account was suspended, but they still billed my credit card.
When i asked for a refund, they just resent me my login information, and i got the same error "account suspended".
I have gone through this cycle with them 8 times already.
I think ill just cut my losses and go somewhere else!

I used ureach.com for a while and was generally pleased with their service. Give them a look.

I have used ureach for 3 years and it has been solid all the way through.
I use efax for a client's site because you can set up an account to do email -> fax at efax. It is pretty cool because you can email PDF or Word documents through efax and it ends up on the user's fax machine. I think it is like $.10 a fax.http://www.schooldebts.com -- Consolidate Student Loan Debt

I just signed up w/ ureach. So far I like them a lot more than efax. They have wonderful trial setups and so far its been real nice, only thing I like about efax.com is their efax messenger program which makes it real easy to send out faxes. But ureach is cheaper and w/ my executive trial I already have a 1800#. Thanks for the replies!

I'm eFax plus customer for more than 3 years. They used to have many cool services like fax storage and ability to request faxes from that storage to any fax machine. I had 2 phone numbers in 2 different countries with them.
Some time ago I needed an old fax, so I logged on to the efax only to found out that a lot of features are gone. I'm a paying customer and they didn't even bother to notify me.
So I got a fax machine which can store faxes in memory so you can retrieve them (no web interface though). I'll be closing my efax account soon.
