Greetngs:

I have a print out of your home page as of yesterday afternoon.

In under 24 hours you have completely changed your pricing <smile>.

Your fees as of yesterday afternoon:

$100 / mo - Admin Support
$250 / mo - Customer Emails
$350 / mo - AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo!
$2,000 / mo - 24/7 Toll-Free Phone

May I ask why the sudden change in pricing?

Thank you.

Hi flitcher:

As I stated, I have a physical print out of their home page.

The prices posted in this thread and their "new" home page reflect something different than was there less than one day before.

Greetings:

Read it, re-read it, re-read it again.

It still doesn't explain a major price change in less than 12 hours.

Maybe you can put it in English for me?

Thank you.

A warning that your prices can change every 12 hours.

Very helpful.

You may have a great service even though I haven't yet heard anything about you (good or bad), but I would think that your prices should be thought through enough that they wouldn't have to change so often.

There was no price change, I'm not sure what you are referring to.

Admin Support is still $100, as well as Customer Support emails is still $250.

What exactly are you referring to? We changed the wording, and removed the $2000 telephone support pricing.

And anyways, if we did change our prices, what is not understood, if you read the Important message on our website, which clearly states:
Prices and services will change very frequently as we update and expand http://www.boxadmin.com

For the benefit of everybody here, our prices have not changed!

There is a warning message that prices WILL change very frequently, but so far we have not changed the pricing, it is still:

$100 / mo - Admin Support
$250 / mo - Customer Tickets

Also, we have just updated our website with a few more languages, here is the list that our admins currently support:

English
Spanish
French
German
Hebrew
Finnish
Dutch
Swedish
Indian
Italian
Russian
More avail. soon

1. Removing the $2,000 per month pricing is a huge change.

2. "very frequenty" -- that must be extremely comforting to prospective customers and customers.

We know companies that have had the same support pricing since October 1998 -- that's stability.

I would recommend stable pricing if you want to keep stable group and stable customers.

Thank you.

UGH?

LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES AGO, you stated, "We changed the wording, and removed the $2000 telephone support pricing."

Can you at least stay constant in what you write to people?

We already realize (by your own words), "prices WILL change very frequently."

Thank you.

Boxadmin, I have a couple questions.

First, what does your client get out of the services you are still offering? I couldn't find a lot of information on your site and am interested in what you offer for those prices.

Second, if someone signs up for your service and the prices/service options change, are they locked in with the old pricing/service package?

Thanks!

Boxadmin,

What languages do you support?

I am in need of support in all the scandinavian languages (Norweigan, Danish, Finnish, and Swedish, and if possible, English also)

And does it cost anythig extra if its a foreign language?
