Hi. Ok so just installed PHP as a CGI-binary on Linux. However, from what I gather, if I reinstall PHP as an Apache module, I'll be able to run PHP faster, and still have the option of running PHP scripts at the command line, along with sending to server for webpages. Correct?
So how do I go about uninstalling all of the changes that were made setting this up as a CGI-binary? Does any know of a step-by-step tutorial on this?
And then installing PHP as an Apache module for 1.3.2, does anyone have a step by step tutorial for setting it up this way, along with what to add to httpd.conf to get it to appear in the browser correctly? Also, how would I then run command line scripts?
Thanks. Just don't want to screw up another installation of PHP
