nocster new billing system


Hello, nocster now has the new billinb system.
It seems that I need to login to it, and enter my payment info such as credit card number.
However, I have no idea what to put in for the login info(username, password).
Any nocster users received the login info for the new system?

I just recevied an reply from nocster and got my login info.
It took around 30 hours.
They must be really busy...

Same here, not with nocster but with burst (same company though).

Don't bother replying to that address, i sent 5-10 emails to it over the past 2 weeks and am yet to see a reply. It must be an automailer but it does not mention it in the message so i guess we are supposed to just know.

I don't have my login or pass and am getting no replies so i guess they don't want me to pay the bill this month

i got email from Burst that they won't reply to any not-so-important emails for the next few weeks because they are busy developing new billing system. They usually charged my credit card on 14th but this month they didn't. They said they will after they roll out new billing system. Hope they won't plug my server out

haha what a trip. Its amazing the patients you people have with providers, specially these half ass ones.

I don't agree with You... burst/nocster is a very good provider for me so far... I have one server with them (nocster) and for a server with cpanel and support they offer the price is awesome. They don't even route you through cogent but through sprint/att/uunet. They have had routing issues few weeks ago but now everything is okay...
