warn: NameVirtualHost [ip] has no VirtualHosts

When restarting Apache i'll get the error "warn: NameVirtualHost [ip] has no VirtualHosts".

I also can't use PHP pages, and PHP is activated from the control panel...

It's just a brand new machine, nothing done with it.

I also can't use any PHP scripts, and in the control panel the PHP scripts are enabled for that domain.

    Please need help.

If you can check the httpd.conf and check that it does have virtual hosts etc., on the IP.
If there are virtual hosts there and there aren't any syntax problems in the httpd.conf then the problem could be somethng else.
My question, of course, is why did you restart Apache? Did you install something new or make some updates?
