Thread: Digital Linx VPS Review

I've had my VPS with Digital Linx for a little over two days now.
I've had nothing but PURE EPIC support from these guys. They are completely honest when you ask them a question about their company, and most of all, they ALL know EXACTLY what they are talking about!
Support is really good so far, I haven't had any really urgent issues as of yet.
I will keep this thread updated as my experience goes on, but so far, perfect.

Good to hear, keep us updated as 2 days is not very long when it comes to a server.
You may also want to submit your domain you have hosted there.

I have had a VPS with Digital Linx since December 4, 2008. I am more than happy with the service I have received from them. At first, their order and billing system was a bit wonky, but now it is working just fine. I have dealt with support a few times, and they have been very quick to respond. Their MSN support person is online a LOT. At one point, there was a heavy load on the VPS. I msg'd support on MSN and they were already dealing with it. It was fixed in 5 minutes. They were also quick to set up TAP/TUN, and were really good when I said I was going to set up the VNC I am currently running.
The only downtime I have had was when the entire Wholesale Internet routing to Cogent fiasco happened. That was not the fault of Digital Linx.
I currently do not have any website hosted on that VPS. I am using it as a VNC server/remote office. But, just so you know, I am posting from it

Thanks for the review. As some pointed out 2 days is not at all adequate to evaluate the support quality, uptime etc. You can say it as an initial review and you are satisfied with their set up time, billing, sales support etc.

Things are still going great, there's not a question they haven't been able to answer, it's down at the moment but that's a Wholesale Internet thing and Digital Linx can not be held accountable for this.
Still a very happy customer here!
