    wrong forum posting...

Does it piss you off that almost everyone posts whatever they want in Web Hosting Forum? Like topics that are having nothing to do with Hosting in there? (It just set me off when I saw the post about "How WHT Has Changed you")

It set you off enough that you had to post in it?
Sure, it makes some work for the mods to move them. But you can't expect everyone to be perfect, like us.

So, no. It doesn't upset me.

Ayyyyye it gets me knickers in a bunch arrrrrrrr... but I just move it and move on with my life

It *would* be helpful if people read the forum desciptions, but accidents do happen, and when they do, we'll take care of it...

I've noticed a few new comers to the forum immediately break the rules by posting in the wrong forum and use the fact they are new as a defence. It's simple common sense that a review of your site should go in the web site review forums. Maybe in the generic email that goes to users when they sign up could include a few bullet pointed, bold instructions with a few dos and dont's?

How 'bout I personally visit them, sit down to tea and crumpets, we go over the guidelines, and then they sign a release form (first born), and we open the gates?

Sheeeeesh, it was just a suggestion.. no need to get touchy! Ok, 2nd born...

yeah, they are talking about the top forum. people tend to put everything there, regardless if there's an actual forum for it (domains, dedicated issues, lounge threads, etc.)
