I remember a long time ago when I found this out and felt they are wonderful, which I still do.
Any way at one time I thought to my self is there a better host then downtownhost?. I still have not found a better host but I have found 2 hosts that I feel are equal to them.
The reason I feel this way toward downtownhost is do to the impressive support and how kind and helpfull they are. Every time I talk to them it feels like I am talking to a friend and I like that feeling.
Only a few other hosts have had the type of support Everity.com, mddhosting.com, and yes hostsimplex had that type of support. Oh I do miss hostsimplex.
In my opinion I think it would be next to imposible for any host to out do downtownhost with both quality of service and support.

Hehe humans these days give up so easy . World is a big place and you can find even impossible things/objects/stuff. So, i think its not impossible to find a better host than Downtownhost,but than again what would bunny know is what you might be thinking .
But good to know that you found a host that is best for you, for that is all that matters

I have to agree with what you're saying, I've spoke to support a couple of times and every time they come across friendly as well as professional, it's not like you're speaking to some sort of robot with programmed answers. I especially like them because they deal on a 'personal' basis, you're not a customer, you're a person.

I've referred quite a few folk colleagues to DTH mainly for the reasons Amy states...plus the fact she always bangs on about them so they must be good.
Actually the folks I've referred have backed them up too...so it's all good.

Exactly Imeanwebhosting, at least someone is doing something right. You have to be really doing well to get a good review, but you mess up once on one little thing, and you'll get a bad review all over the internet.
