Hello all....I use an email blasting software for my clients and newsletter and this is what happened: I was at my mother's house and accidentally used the wrong server (I do my marketing on a diff. smtp server) and after I did that when I sent emails to my mother's email address (with the isp she is with) she would not receive my emails. I called my domain's company and they said there was no problem on their end as I did tests and my emails went through. I called my mom's isp service and they said there was nothing wrong but to email this email address for "blocked" accounts and they never responded but the weird thing is when I send my mother email's, they go through if I send it from the "online backend" of godaddy rather through my MS Outlook.
To make things worse...I have a client who uses TimeWarner and he doesn't get my emails now either! Again...it works if I log-in on the backend but not through my outlook. Is there a port being blocked? I appreciate the responses as I don't know what to do and I need my main email address to send to clients. Thanks so much for your help and I appreciate everyone's feedback!
btw, it shows up as going through on my side but the other end never receives it and I never get any "rejected" response! Again, it goes through when I email it with GoDaddy's backend....thanks again in advance for the help and time with this!

It seems they blocked your IP (or domain) to protect your mother's account from spam. Could you try a different email address to send your emails, gmail for instance?

Yes, they blocked my mother's....but they blocked my client who doesn't use my mother's internet service provider (my mom uses cox and my client uses timewarner) so I don't know what other provider has blocked me??? What can I do?
It's weird...it doesn't send from my Outlook (it shows it goes through but the other side doesn't receive it) but if i send it from the backend from GoDaddy then it does go through....I am driving myself crazy :*(

There are several sites keeping black lists. Maybe you could try to find your domain or IP here
http://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/policy.html
In the meanwhile you could move your email and your clients' email to google ap, if you think the solution could take long

I tried...i even called godaddy went step by step again this time from someone knowledgeable. I went to the site and pulled up my records and it indicates I am "not" on a "blacklist". I am pulling my hair out. It is weird that through the backend of my godaddy (web log-in) the emails go through to those certain isps but they don't from my outlook. I'm wondering if they put some sort of encryption on my outlook on those email accounts?

If the problem is my smtp server in outlook....how come everyone receives my emails except cox and timewarner customers (as of I know currently). Could it be something where they put something to my outlook? It is the most weird situation and it is annoying frankly but I will keep trying other steps and will report back with an update tomorrow but is there anything else you can suggest? Thanks so much once again as I truly appreciate the help...!

In such a case there is a chance cox and timewarner and blocking your smtp IP. If you temporary change your smtp server and it works, that could be the problem. There are other possibilities, though
