We are using WHMCS right now. However, I want to know if there is any other billing software better than WHMCS.
I heard HSPComplete is fully automated with VPS Suspension.
Any more ideas?

HSPComplete goes with the Hemisphere panel. I could be wrong, but I think you have to have hemisphere for it to work.

WHMCS is the best. The other software i am using is ... Modernbill, I am still using version 4.x and that don't have support for VPS. I don't konw if their latest 5.x version support VPS. Version 5.x is very costly if you've large number of customers.

If you are looking for a billing system that works out of the box and wont have you staying up all night worrying if the automated tasks are working, then have a serious look at AWBS (http://www.awbs.com)

AWBS is more advanced software according to me. But it's portal based software and customization is very hard.

Personally I would not say any other billing system in the market can come near WHMCS. Many companies are trying but WHMCS keeps coming with updates that offer more features, plus they have the added area of great support from Matt and his team.

In my opinion WHMCS has the market -- it's powerful, clean-looking, and affordable. I've always used WHMCS for my billing needs, and it's always done a good job at keeping up with things.

I'd stick with WHMCS, other billing systems simply don't offer the functionality of WHMCS.

There's WHM Auto Pilot and iHostDev's iPanel/iHost software as well and they've been around for a fairly long time.
