    Kayako eSupport Help needed :-(

    I've installed it - and it "almost" works. When I try to submit a ticket - it tells me some required fields are missing...but they're not! Also, the LiveChat program asks me to log in as admin...so I do. When I try to "start" the chat session...it gives me this endless loop of login screens!

    Anyone have any experience with this and would be willing to take pity on me? I need help - and I am so discouraged with this right now.

    Ask their support, they helped me out greatly with getting their stuff working.
